Memory leak issue, something is very very wrong with this game

I max out every setting and start a mission, i get around 80-100FPS, with this VRAM usage: https://i.imgur.com/0wKjwir.png

And after 2 hours of play i get around 6-10FPS and it looks like this: https://i.imgur.com/2mbAzO3.png

Something is wrong and needs to be looked at.

I have the same issue with a 3060Ti after 10 min all my Vram is consumed and the game freeze...

for testing purposes, do you have the newest nvidia driver? 528.24

This is likely a game bug and not a driver bug. Issue has been introduced with the Freelancer update.

After close to an hour in as soon as any npc is alerted to any thing, or death cam pops up, game freezes and crashes.
