Good for you if you know how all this works - keep playing the game then.
I own the DLCs for Hitman 2, but I'm one of the many people who are having issues where we haven't been granted the access pass for those maps in H3 (e.g. if I go to New York in the main menu destinations list, it says "Get Access"). However, I still see those maps appear as options in Freelancer and I've played on them. So are they included in Freelancer regardless of DLC ownership, or is it just another weird quirk of the H2 licensing mess? I'd think it's the former (whether or not that's IOI's intended behaviour).
