Hackl 9S Covert along with the Assasin's HWK21 Covert are reliable and obtainable.
HWK21 and silver krugermeier being the ones I have seen the most.

I know how to get it in Sgail Cistern with a shovel, but when It comes to "swear this weapon hung on the wall here or that person has one" I am just wrong.

Useful while learning all the do and don't in showdown missions.
