Already own HITMAN 2 GOLD EDITION, still don't have access to HITMAN 3 Access Pass: HITMAN 2 Expansion

As the title suggests I own HITMAN 2 GOLD EDITION (which contains the HITMAN 2 Expansion Pass). I doubled checked in game (HITMAN 2) to see that all content is available.

Now when I checked in game in HITMAN 3 it still says "Get Access" for the Expansion Pass content.

How do I go about getting the HITMAN 3 Access Pass: HITMAN 2 Expansion since I clearly owned the content in HITMAN 2 before?

EDIT: So this is what is did for steam to detect, first restarting steam made HITMAN 3 to detect it in game. And after a while (1-2 hours) steam then detected it and now I own the Expansion Pass.

if you recently started h2 then restart steam. h3 should detect it
