How is that a discount?

I owned both Hitman 1 and 2 so I automatically should be eligible for cheaper discount. Seeing that I don't need any pass. All I need is Hitman 3.

But it's barely cheaper than just buying Hitman 3 full price. And buying Hitman 3 alone is MUCH CHEAPER back in new year sale. I should've buy this on the new year gahh

I...don't even know why there's a discussion revolving this. They literally told it would be a "Complete your Bundle" set so people wouldn't need to repurchase stuff they already have. This is not rocket science.

The discount was only for the bundle that includes the H3 Deluxe Content, 7 Deadly Sins, and Hitman 2 Expansion Pass.

I owned the Hitman 2 Expansion Pass, so that bundle was 33% cheaper for me (I don't own H3 or any of its content.)

I owned H1+2, did the content import into the 3 Demo earlier in the month, and was hoping we'd get a discount for owning those when World of Assassination launched, but it didn't happen. So that sucks, but it's Io, so it's not like it's unexpected.

I have the whole of H1+2 to play with so I can wait for a deeper sale.

I'm not a loyal customer because I bought ONLY their first two games AND all the DLC from those first two games, but not the third game yet.

Oh and BTW, this is my second time buying those games. I had previously played Hitman 1 and 2 on console, but I bought them again to play them on Steam. I've also played Hitman 3 on Series X, but I was going to buy it again on Steam.

Yeah I'm just as confuse as you are.

- I owned Hitman 1 GOTY. Therefore I technically owned Hitman 1 GOTY access pass.
- I owned Hitman 2+DLC. Therefore I technically owned Hitman 2 + dlc access pass.

So if I wanna buy Hitman WOA. Here's how it should go.

- I open the store page. The bundle said I owned this many items already. And I can pay less because I don't need to pay for them twice.

- then, I checkout deluxe bundle. The bundle will also tell me I don't have to pay for Hitman 2, expansion pass. So that's be 20$.

There! The math is right there. I really wanna hear them explain why this isn't possible.

Anyways, I think I know what's happening. They wanna make a complete your bundle set but also allow people to gift this game for others(since "Complete your Set" bundles don't allow gifting)...so they've been met with a barrier.

But if that's the case, why not warn us? I'd understand it.
