Game Constantly Crashes

I9-9900K and RTX 3080... Crashes every time within 10 minutes of playing... Pretty disappointing. Tried all the fixes and even Hitman 2 fixes and nothing.

Please post some screenshot when game crash? i have same issue after launching the game when i press enter button game crashes immd.

Mine just crashes to the desktop, nothing to show. My crashes all very... It can be after 10 minutes of playing or even 30+ minutes. I've tried all the fixes and nothing solved it. Although, it seems to last longer by having ray tracing on and DLSS off for some reason, not sure

So, I had this issue before the patch and I finally fixed it, but only until this new patch and nvidia drivers because now its back beeing an unplayable crash fest, like one crash after 5 to 30 minutes with the 0x80000003 error code. I tried EVERY possible known fixes ( reinstalling the entire game, removing cache, changing TDR value, playing on low, disabling picture in picture, etc ) and nothing works, game still crash, crash, crash..

Windows 11, 3060ti 5600x 32g ram playing on 1440p, temperatures are more than fine and everything is up to date with clean new installed nvidia drivers. I own a lot of games and my system is perfectly stable for everything except this game, I dont overclock, I don't use tier programs and there is zero reasons for a game to constantly crash like this one.

There is definitely something wrong with this new patch and / or the new nvidia drivers, because like I said it used to work fine before that. Maybe I'll try downgrading to the old drivers but right now I think I'm done with this game unless someone find a real fix.

So I apparently have a very famous Hitman bug since Hitman 2, with the error code ntdll!NtWaitForMultipleObjects+0x14 in the crash dump file ( same code for every crashes ). And it's very nice to see that this bug is still there since Hitman 2 with no real solution. But of course it's internet so nobody cares. At this point I tried every possible known fixes and I can't believe we are so few people with this bug, so if someone had this very specific issue and fixed it, an answer would really be appreciated, because I'm out of ideas, thanks.

The game is unplayable since the last patch. Have the latest drivers, 3080ti and crashes constantly.

That error code is too generic to do anything with. It's basically telling you "something has stopped" without saying what that something is.

It doesn't matter if you overclock, the majority of graphics cards sold come with a factory overclock. When someone suggests you try using a card at reference speeds, that means removing the factory overclock not just your own (if any)

This isn't difficult to do and can be toggled between both modes with the push of a button, you just need to get the correct software for your card to do it.

Most people will avoid trying to help you if you don't know the basics or get defensive when asked questions. What's in the guide linked covers the majority of issues. But a lot of people don't actually follow every suggestion even if they think they did.

Of course I tried debug mode for my GPU, its included in "I tried every known fixes", and my GPU doesn't have any factory OC anyway, but you would have known if you just asked instead of assuming I was wrong. You are the one beeing agressive here, I didn't insult anyone I just asked for help. And no, your links didn't provide help for the current problem, which is precisely the reason I'm asking for other solutions and if anyone have the same issue.

And no one asked me any questions so far, so I don't understand the "Most people will avoid trying to help you if you don't know the basics or get defensive when asked questions", please explain, because I did fix the problem BEFORE the update ( wich means I read your solutions and it did work, which means it's a new problem ).

I have the same problem. Makes it quite unplayable atm. Happens randomly with the same error code. Have tried reinstalling, deleting the cache files, changing drivers, dlss on/off, raytracing on/off, removing 3rd party software from computer... Nothing helps so far. I had a couple of ctd before this latest update. But now I can't play a mission thru. Last one I tried was the long mission where you can't save and needs to rescue Diana. A ctd at the end of that isn't fun. Same with the arcade. Get a ctd after killing a target makes the whole mission unplayable after that. I love hitman, but I can't play it now. Not sure what to do. :(

But did you try everything else in the list? Verify game files? Run your graphics card at reference speed? etc.

Mendoza? Is no different from the others, you can save as much as you want unless you're in Master difficulty.

I got in touch with their support. Like others I've tried all the suggestions without much luck. I'm getting all kind of crashes - during gameplay, at the start of the mission, after 5 sec, after a few minutes, when the picture-in-picture shows up, when i get to a particular area on a map. I had crashes before the update but not so often. Now it's every few minutes. Really unplayable, just saying it here to show that the issues are more common. Not a great experience to jump through all the hoops suggested from the community and still not able to resolve. The devs should really look into what is causing these crashes.
