Starter Pack Broken - Cannot access Hitman 1 & 2 content

I own the full versions of each on Steam with all of their DLC. Just waited 4 hours in a queue just to be told i cannot access content i already own. Any ideas?

EDIT: IOI account has already been linked and verified through all 3 games. No changes.

Yeah, looks like the demo can only redirect to H1 and H2 purchase (separate product sites which have 'H3 pass' heading on them), it won't recognize that we already have those games. I'm wondering now if full version of H3 will.

They marked it as a demo on Steam - so now it can't access any DLCs

It's absolute ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Playstation, Switch, Xbox, EGS all have a Free Starter Pack that lets you play what you own without making you also buy H3. This is absolutely a moneymaking exercise to make the people who bought 3 on EGS have to pay twice just to be able to play Legacy content they already own on Steam

The game is supposed to scan your Steam library to see what content you own from Hitman 2 and then automatically add DLC to Hitman 3 to unlock that content. But, Steam doesn't let DLC be added to software categorised as "Demos" (check for yourself, right click on the demo in your library, there's no DLC tab...)

It's either a huge oversight and mistake or they did it intentionally to minimise negative reviews.

Absolutely amazing. Downloading the demo means downloading the entire game, but you're only able to play the tutorial. I think even Hitman 2 starter has more content by default.

Sadly, on Steam, IOI made it so that you had to buy H3 to access H1 and H2. The demo doesn't support this feature. Works fine on EGS, PSN and Xbox though.

loved waiting four hours in a queue just to run into this problem. the only playable thing is hokkaido snow festival despite having everything for the previous two games

Same for me. I've also imported my profile. All of the achievements of h1 & h2 are in there, but the content is locked. At least I didn't have to wait in queue anymore.
