You're missing the Seven Deadly Sins DLC's on there and Hitman 1 GOTY and Hitman 2 Gold (both of those are the standard editions instead, same with the Hitman 3 included)

Only issue is that you can't transfer from steam to gamepass, but I'd rather start fresh than give IO any money.

Not entirely true. The GamePass version is the Trilogy / $100 pack. So you are getting Hitman 1 & 2 with Hitman 3. You're right that it doesn't include the Deluxe and Seven Deadly Sins DLC.

I would have accepted a 39.99, but not higher.

Playing the game on gamepass is helping IO, as they get money depending of how much people play it from the gamepass, and I won't help a greedy company.

Not to mention all the datas we have about the game is on Steam.
