Assign Master Craftsmen, HOW?

Tells us to go to the building but can't drag/drop, can fill, am I missing something? Explain how to assign a master craftsmen to buildings...

Click one of the three circles in the banner in the top right of each building screen, That should assign them

Nope...clicking away nothing

You must have one available to assign too. They come as rewards on some missions.

Ah...I have only played a bit think I'm on 1st battle or so after the start

Are they unlocked later? I found no mission with craftsmen on chapter 2.

Craftsmen unlock chapter 3 onwards

Well, it's silly then that the tutorial (in the Details tab) tells you to assign them right after the first mission.
