Mission Guild, how do 'it' works? and how to recruit Larla ?

ok, I just build it with Gocteau...
-I press 'mission party'
-I choice 'mission party! to farm!
-I form party members
-then dispatch

then what?

I see timer it's only 30:00
it's not going down/count down

I already have Fume and Enoe ...
I want Larla now, how to recruit her?

The time is just how long the mission will take, it never shows how long is left. Just leave it to do it's thing, Gocteau will tell you when the party has returned while you're in your town. Also, the missions just run until you stop them, so no need to constantly check.
Larla, you just need an 'Epic Success' on a mission. My first, and seemingly the easiest to get it to pop was the lumber mission with Fume as leader. I've seen some misinformation that you need to get the secret item from a mission, which is not true. Good luck!
