random appearance of Cinderella script

Hello, I have spent more than 75h on this game and never managed to get the Cinderella script from the store in the Tree Village...What the ♥♥♥♥ ? Why making it so hard to get ? This is pointless...I know it randomly appears every 30 minutes and saved my game at the inn next to it to gain more time but damn, this is to no avail at all !

Are you doing the save scumming method? As long as you haven't checked this specific store in the last 30 minutes, you can save game, check the shop, reload the save and
immediately check it again until the item appears.

I teleported from the HQ to the tree village and saved at the inn. Then I went to the store to check if the item was here. It wasn't, so I reloaded my game right after it to check it again and again (around 30 to 40 times)...To no avail.

I saw it when i first got there for the story, never saw it again, also wasn't worried about it enough, to save scum. ( i don't play games to 100% them ) but i can see why others do.
