This however will bring what a lot of suikoden fan was looking for, brand new story whit ton of new characters and possible a new franchinse to play many year to come, cause when the will release this game that will have a core base so they will be to make those game way more quicker.
Beside we getting 2 version of this game a prequel game and the main game.
I know most of us miss Suikoden lore, but give Eiyuden a chance to build it's own lore and see how much it appeals to you. For someone who to this day counts Suikoden II as their all time favorite game, it's a weird feeling to think that another game might potentially eclipse it soon. Best to wait and see what the devs come out with in a couple of years.
Konami threw it all away (big surprise), here's hoping they can start over and do it right this time with a new series. And here's hoping they can recapture that magic Suikoden had.
Blame Konami for that
They won't they only interested in pachiko machine now, also they don't care much about fanbase or anything check their recent game and each of them got destroy by critic.
Aslo most of the dev that work on those game in the past, have all left the company and started their own studio or join other.
