And especially if you kickstart a game, I wouldn't order a physical copy outside of the country that the game was developed in if you expect to get it on time without extra costs if it's a new studio. New studio from another country? I don't recommend buying for a physical copy without expecting problems.
It's not your fault. I hope R&B drops Yetee.
The physical packaging is also... how do you say, really bad. Hopefully yetee isn't used again, they're garbo.
nada no response at all
Back then when we backed them on Day 1 , they do not have Yetee non sense, it's weird they partner with a TSHIRT company to distribute their game..
AND THEY SAID that the game will be shipped from the nearest Hub, the Dev is from Japan, me from Asia/Indonesia.. Normal person would expect the game to be shipped from Japan or Singapore, not all the way from Illinois USA
You have every right to be frustrated
Without your kickstarting backing they wouldn't of been able to pay their bills or live their life, the least you can expect from them is to deliver on whatever they openly stated they would deliver to you to encourage you to fund them in the first place
Mistreating backers is a good way to fail the studio in future products, people remember how they felt
They should've taken better care of you
Yeah that does make sense, but this has been a typical Kickstarter mistake after Doublefine. And it's not really entirely R&B's their fault, but it's still also their fault. As someone who had some experience with Kickstarter, again, misunderstanding the importance of having a trustworthy shipping through line across the world is unfortunately too common for a new studio.
that shipping hurts
You paid for the deluxe but didn't get the deluxe
and what you get is still a serial number in a box to active it on Steam (no physical media, excepting Switch Version).
So it might be better to just buy a new one in Steam.
Man it's really disheartening watching this unravel.

Use this link though because the "Yetee" one doesn't work. It's "Yeteeproductions."
But, safe internet browsing advice... Don't actually use my link. Go to it manually yourself. I didn't do anything nefarious, but I don't like telling people to click my links. It's bad practice.
