Examples of the poor localization quality

This is not a thread for people who blindly accept any complaints about localization and things like that as "minor" What I am asking for is actual examples of the poor quality of the localization to judge if the game is even worth playing or not, in English anyway. Not just a general feel thing, but specific sentences and examples please.

Did the translator have a beef with that Lian character ? The dialog is freaking wild and cringe to the extend waste of dialog.

But yeah, a lot of translation is fully overboard. Some doesn't make sense. If they want to make a joke, but the joke is longer than 1 sentence, they fail already.

You can still buy it and play with the Japanese texts (if you understand Japanese of course, otherwise just learn it before getting the game).

You would have to ask the person who did this, guessing this person probably doesn't know even basic Japanese

Someone in the thread mentioned the Spanish localisation uses the English script

The safest translation might be Chinese, since its much faster doing it from Japanese than than English. Can't vouch for it here though until someone checks

This is the result of you moron constantly buying badly translated games. If you'd for once started to impact those companies by not buying you wouldn't have those moronics localizer/translators injecting their garbage into the dialogue.

Every anime game or series now has overly translated garbage dialogue with moronics child like translations.

Unfortunately, the series creator and lead writer passed away a few months ago. This is his final game.

Which makes the awful translation all the more disgusting and disrespectful.

You could probably ask them somewhere themselves. They're likely somewhere on twitter or have an email somewhere. They got their names in the credits and all. Them being labeled as "English Core Scenario Translation in the credits: Brian Gray, Casey Loe, Alan, Averill and Sam Burton
