Report a translation problem
yeah I know, the problem is that if I enable steam output, which I need if I want to adjust the deadzone, I cant have the PS prompt since they are not an option in the game. I have other controllers.
I just find it really odd that the game is so sensitive. I wouldnt even say that my controller has a stick drift since I never had any problem with any games before (even eiyuden chronicle rising). I even tested other games again just in case but no problem. Its really just hundred heroes
Yeah I was trying that earlier and thought it wasn't working. I now realized I was adjusting the "output ramp" circle and not the "no input" circle lmao. Drift is gone now!
Yeah I've played dozens of games with this controller and this is the first one that ever had that issue. Let's hope they patch it
I hope that a patch to fix this problem will be released soon.
Glad to hear that!
Its as if, natively, the game doesnt have any deadzone on the controllers
That does not work and one should not need to do that anyway, that is absurd.
After digging through pages of inane gibberish about translation concerns there isn't nearly enough discussion about this, a design flaw so fundamental that it's baffling to me that it ever made it through testing as-is. Add in a native dead zone that's marginally above 0.0001% please, thanks.
The weirdest thing is that eiyuden chronicle rising worked perfectly fine for me, for some reason they changed/forgot to set up the deadzone of the controller in hundred heroes?
I've got 2000+ games on Steam and hundreds on other platforms like GOG and I predominantly use my XB1 controller when it's an option (and even add in my own custom controls with Antimicro on occasion when it's not supported natively) and I've never seen anything quite like this. I'm not sure how something like this could slip through testing since it literally affects the entire game. They put out a notice today that they were going to be patching some technical issues ASAP so I'm really hoping this is included.
