Doesn't the Humble refund process go through the same ticket system as their support though? Don't see how you would've gotten a refund when their staff doesn't work weekends.

Anyone bought it on GreenManGaming? They also have a better price than Steam, so hoping they are giving the key out immediately. Anyone know?

Just submitted a refund request myself. Gave them a very angry support ticket to read over when they get to work on Monday.

Oh I haven't been refunded yet but I know they will anyway!
