Any Requirement to Recruit Durlan?

I keep Reading you just need to find him in the Mine or Upgrade the Quarry to Level 3.

I did both and he still state Still Looking at an interesting Ore in the Mine and waiting for me to give him a better offer.

Am I missing something here?

He's in the last area of the mines, where they exit into your base through the well. He's on the left-hand side of the area.

Your HQ needs to be level 3, not the quarry part.

Is that the little old man? Have you build the guild counter int he castle?

Yes. My HQ is level 3 as well.. and currently my Guild quest counter that can send the people out to gather material is there.... and currently I can send 2 team... do I need this to be level 3 as well....

No, just your HQ. Like I said, he's in the last area of the mines, just before your base, at the far, far west side in one of the dead-ends.

Finally Recruited him after I did upgraded Mission Task 1 .

Oh, damn, that's right! He's one of the guild deputies! Sorry, I mislead you, yeah, you did need the guild upgrade. That's totally my bad.
