Just advance the story, you'll be able to get it soon enough. Most higher materials are largely gated behind story progression.

You can find mystic lumber in the second section of the Dappled Woods, and pelt in the second section of Bounty Hill.

I've played in Spanish so I may be wrong, but both were from the two non mandatory forests around your base, the Dappled Forest has the Lumber (in the second part, after the first guard that tells you they are surveying the zone, may need to return later) and Bounty Hill for the Pelts.

I think there's one node that can be accessed in the first part that gives Pelts. Would have to check though.

There should be at least one node of Mystic Lumber in Greatwood South, you can bring Marin or Kerrin to increase the yield to reduce your trips. Later on several nodes can be found in Dappled Forest 2nd Area.

Pelts can be found in the 2nd area of Bounty Hill and possibly the 1st (can't exactly recall).

There are two places around the zone your castle is in. Bounty Hill and Dappled Forest.

There are three separate sections in both. To begin with, only the first section is available. You have to advance the story to get access to the second sections and they alternate.

So you'll advanced the Main Story and get an achievement, then check them both and you'll find one now lets you into the next section.

Then advance the main story until you get another achievement and the other alternating area will now let you into it's zone 2.

You'll need access to the 2nd part of Dappled Forest for Mystic Lumber.

Pelts are available in the first part of Bounty Hill.

There are other places, but they become available at the same time as the above.

If you talk to Iris and find an upgrade that requires the material you want (even if you've built it) you can press a button (Y on Xbox, YMMV) to see where that resource is. A bit clunky, but that's this game for you.
