Unable to get Celia?
SO... I beat Trey, obviously I have the heavenly scroll since i beat him, no other chefs are coming cause he was the last, and yet no celia either. The hell?

I beat Trey, no other chefs have come to battle.. no matter how many days i let go by or other stuff to do.

Try walking up and talking to Kurtz. I did that after beating Trey ( I had a new recipe to hand in) and the scene with Celia just triggered after.
