Oh, that's the house where you recruit the secret character, Junko Kawano. They told me I was a true JRPG VIP, and then I got a bunch of Puff Puffs from some bunny girls.

It's just a goof. No, I don't believe the VIP house ever actually does anything. Could come into play in the DLC, maybe.

Yeah, no, it's up there with the "unused, mysterious room behind the statue on the castle's 3rd floor" in the list of things that don't really have an explanation yet.

Also Don't forget the weird crystal on the map further away from Dabavin, which sits in a crater and there's literally 0 reason to even go in that direction xd

There's a bath item near it. No other reason to approach it than that as far as I know.
