I appear to be stuck in the Mines, and cannot activate the second mine cart elevator. I've placed both carts into the elevator and attempted to press the button, when I do the minimap flashes off and the icon over the button vanishes for a split second but then its back to before with no change/message or anything. Is there a solution to this or do I need to restart, it seems other people are getting past this.

Did you slam the cart to the back wall to get a rock to drop?

No, there was no indication that this was needed or mention from the party members that that was an option. I will try that next time I launch the game. I think the button should at the least show some message "There doesn't appear to be enough weight" or some other indication that something happened/attempted to happen, just a blinking screen made me assume it was a bug.

Smashing the cart into the back wall did resolve this however

Typo on Nine Maxwell where you can meet in Ardinale the first time: "Something awful seems t be unfolding in the Empire".

Game softlocks on the "Eve" story part if you head to bed too early. I've lost 20 hours of progress due to this and my poor saving habits.

The epilogue text in the credits for what happens to each recruit goes by way too fast to read in english. Not sure if it is because I am running the game at 120hz, or maybe it was designed for japanese text which could be read faster?

Either way, it's impossible to read unless you are like top 5% of readers, so I just gave up after the first few sets because I wasn't retaining it anyway. I would suggest it requiring you to press the A button to move on to the next set.

When i close the game through the game, it just gives me a black screen until i force exit through steam or task manager.

I'm having a problem with the game soft freezing midway through the kraken boss fight, after it uses rampage. The camera zooms in on the sluice gate as if trying to play a cutscene, but gets stuck there and does nothing. Animations and music still play, but the hud is gone and the camera is at an offset angle focused on the gate. i tryed to complete the seign mission now 10 times. game crashing everytime. unpossible to continue

unable to progress the game and currently stuck on the battle of athrabalt, tried it more than 10x but it game freezes and not responding issue. paid for a full price game that looks more like an extended demo at this point. total taste of money and time, steam wont even refund just because 2hrs of gameplay has passed. i can play the game for up to 1,000 hrs and still not finish the game because its stuck on that battle of athrabalt.

I have played until the story branched into Nowa POV and Seign POV, after it unlocked i tried the seign chapter (everything was normal) but i want to progress Nowa POV first, so after Seign meet Carrie and can back to Nowa POV i go back until Nowa story is finished, before it i made a few preparation like equipping seign party with accessories or better rune lens, when i finally need to proceed with Seign POV, they dissapeared from the menu, the text was garbled with japanese, but the story can still proceed, until i met enemy and everyone from seign party is not there. if i continue it like that it just declared as wiped out and i need to go back to last saved or start over

Have exactly the same problem.

Already fixed, in my case from nowa I go to seign (still broken after patch), I go back to nowa again, then to seign again, fixed

Yea it worked, thanks.

But now i discovered an other bug.
I cant equib Items or Runes from the storage anymore.

There is a possible Softlock. After the Events of the Guardian Town when you flee from the Undead Army and arrive in the Town. I tried to change my party and added Isha and Kangoo and tried to get CJ in the Mission. But didn't speek with Perielle in the palast yet.

CJ is happy that the "gang" is complete and the game switches in the Party menu.
Now it is softlocked, because :

Nowa, Marisa, Nil, Alwe, CJ and Isha AND Kangoo has to be in the party. And you can't fit 7 people in a 6 slot team. You also can't exit from the menu because it states, there a required members you had to put in the party first.

And if you didn't saved before doing something this stupid, you get really mad ;)

I unfortunately cannot play this game with a controller. For some reason the cursor is always pushing up. Tried other games to make sure it wasn't the controller and they worked fine. Tried using big picture mode. Tried adjusting the dead zone in my settings and nothing is working. I hope they fix it so I cant play the game! Loved the Suikoden series.
