Can't find Clara's Shop

I feel like I'm going insane. I got to Barbara. She needs a Zen Picture to level up our relationship. I google it, and it says you need to find Clara. I google THAT and it says she's in the Historical district. I have been to every location in that district, and nothing. No Clara, no shop, just some loot and the library, which I must have looted 2 or 3 times by now. Please someone tell me what I'm missing ;-;

I'm not that far into the game yet myself but this is what someone else wrote in the forum:

"You have to have completed the initiation quest completely, then Clara's shop will appear on the map. It is located in the west".

Hm. Is it possible it's bugged? When that disctrict unlocked for me, the Clara's Gift Shop was there for me. I got Barbara to the other NPCs (not required, just easier to access her), followed the quests the other NPCs gave me (not sure if there was something else, just Prospero's "Investigate", which leads us to Barbara), and then she asks for a zen pic, and it was already there for me. However, I already had the "raise the relationship through giving gifts", otherwise the shop wouldn't unlock. So I guess the initiation quest is that party you gotta have with Earl, Marty (? The music box), and Prospero.

The gift store should appear in the rightmost part of the map (expedition) after completing the “housewarming” quest

If upon completion of this quest clara's store did not appear on the map, write a bug report with the provision of a save file so that we can fix the problem.
