Give Earl a Burger help

I need to give Earl a burger and I managed to figure out how to make one. However after I made it, I can't find the option to give Earl the burger when I click on him. Is this a bug or do I need to do something else as well?

It is a bug and in the bug report section for the Current Bugs & Fixes post, the developer says that there is an upcoming patch next week that will fix Completing the Earl/Burger quest.

Talk to him, unless you tried that already? If you advance the conversation, you will give him the burger during the course of the conversation. If that didn't happen, then yes, this is a case for a bug report.

how do u make the burger? i cant upgrade the kitchen station to next lvl it says comign soon and i can only unlock 3 slot recipes and burger is a 4slot one?

Earl gives you the recipe. It will just be under known recipes, just click it with the right ingredients on hand, like you would every other recipe you already know.
