or do you have a ton of electric plant beds and sprinklers?
how is your setup eating too much energy when you have less than i have? you don't have much at all really.
a good tip and energy saver is to not upgrade the charging pool. i have the base one and it is enough for 2 and even 3 minions. 1 upgraded generator powers that pool and is attached to a pole that transfers to a uv light. energy lasts pretty long there.
the other upgrade generator powers 2 farms, 2 printers and the workstation, 2 poles attached.
the regular one powers my sprinkler and that lasts for days.
edit: i turn of what i don't need now, like the bench and 1 printer.
at this point i also don't need the farms anymore.
this is my setup.

edit: there is also no need for constant power at the bench.
Side note, you can daisy chain lv2 generators if you dont want alot of power poles
I can not understand:
1) Why do non-working machines consume electricity?
2) why can't towers be set to work only at night?
3) why can't bots drive on the bridge?
4) Why can't electricity be sent across a bridge?
