Crypto-Farm Upgrade

Hello Everyone.
After a few hours of observation, I noticed that there is no benefit in upgrading the crypto farms. I built 2 farms and then looked at how far it makes sense to upgrade them. Unfortunately, it turned out that although the upgraded version consumes more energy, the production of U-Coins remains the same for both buildings.

This seems to be a bug from my point of view or the upgrade should do something else.
Can anyone verify that?

Nach einigen Stunden Beobachtung ist mir aufgefallen, dass das Upgraden der Kryptofarmen keinen Nutzen hat. Ich habe 2 Farmen gebaut und dann geschaut in wie weit es Sinn macht diese zu upgraden. Leider stellte sich heraus, dass die upgegradete Version zwar mehr Energie frisst, aber die Produktion der U-Münzen bei beiden Gebäuden gleich bleibt. Dies scheint aus meiner Sicht ein Bug zu sein oder das Upgrade sollte was anderes bewirken.
Kann das jemand bestätigen?

yup, upgraded crypto farm produces coins at the same rate as the basic one....sadly

So I did a little testing myself with the basic and the Productive Crypto Farms and while the Productive Crypto Farm does produce coins at a *slightly* faster rate its almost negligible so for the time being I'd suggest saving your resources and power supply until the next tier is unlocked. Hopefully that one will have a noticeable difference.

I did test earlier and built a second crypto farm. My assumption is two is twice as fast as one but I haven't checked figures. I did lazily use a few thousand so I didn't have to make items earlier as I'd run out of stuff to buy with them.

As far as I'm concerned this works by the way - I've got three right now, moved them all to be next to each other near my new solar battery collection. They all have independent quantities of crypto in them, so you're definitely getting more than you would with one.

Disagree on this for it helps in end game for breaking down matrix (10) in workbench press, helps with plastic (5 per matrix, ie 50 a run)... though can end up with an excess in batteries and microchips and shortage of metal for the first time.

What I'm saying is having more crypto won't unlock some part of the game you previously couldn't. If you want to ramp it faster though, you can build as many crypto farms as you have space for. If that's easier for you, cool!

Makes sense, I just get bottlenecked with plastic, currently have 19 crypto farms and I still run low... haven't upgraded the newer structures to max trying to run without biogenerators rather close even with rain days. But I don't play much actual time so it works for my spurts of play.

Yeah I've massively overbuilt just to pass the time. Did a lot of fishing for microwaves when that was easier, and grew tonnes of flowers to make biomass.

Solar is a huge boost as is being able to access power on most sections of the roof.

Can't wait for every patch - it's like watching a TV show that only does one episode a week ;)

i had 12 standard and 1 upgraded u coin farm and it's even felt too much (i had over 35K and nothing to buy) i already check the stores everyday and it seems only refreshed after they closed for a day :(

TBH i stopped playing before the last patch because it make me stressed, the generators down so fast, plastic and scrap feels like diamonds (so hard to find) and making fresh water is pains. (pumping the bucket is not even funny, i'm farming the flower btw i had non issue with the food)

so yeah this patch is HUGE quality life update, plastic and scrap still hard but not as much as before and with weather update stress free water collector :) and battery and solar (GOD goodbye farming)

so i quickly built 7 solar generator and 21 batteries :D, so even if it's raining for a week i would be fine, finally i can fishing for materials with no disturbance.
