I bought a Simple Hammer

I bought a hammer using 5 salads, The bot said to pick it up in the window. What window? I've searched everywhere. I thought maybe I was just equipped with it, but nope, still no Simple Hammer. Help.

Sometimes the machine drops stuff to the side on the cardboard box or the side. also i've had a couple of items disappear into the ground, however a relog made them reappear where they fell through.

Please look on the ground in front of ECOmat, it should be dropped there. Everybody who had this issue so far found it on the ground.
