Does anyone know how to do this one? I can see how to do the rest, except the locked one, but i have no clue what it means by "audio guide" or where to find it or the secret key for it. I'm just about finished with my second full play-through since launch. I've poked my nose into everything i can get to and i still can't find what that's referring to.

To do it the correct way, look at the leaflet. It has a QR-code on it that works. Follow that link

I use a translator.
No QR code needed. The booklet has the name of the site: cosmopolis.life. Just enter it into the browser.

I went to cosmopolis.life but don’t see the number 7802 anywhere that Scrom mentioned - where does this come from?

If you examine the cosmo life brochure, you can see a QR code. Scanning the QR code leads you to a website, cosmo life. Under the towns people section (the forums), if you click on the gibberish thread, you will get an error code, code 7802. That is the secret code you need to use on the audio guide in the sports rooftop.
