Drill bits not at Stan's

I keep visiting Stan the Hoarder's shop but there are no drill bits to buy there. Am I missing something? Is there something that needs to happen before they appear in his store?

So Stan has no drill bits, I scrolled up. I need it to upgrade my drill for the basketball court. UGH

If the bug has been fixed can someone explain why Stan is saying he has drill bits but I can't find them when I go there? do I need to uninstall and reinstall the game? I need the part to make a stronger drill to get through the basket ball court and gym area and that bomb thing. I know this has been addressed with a bug fix, but honestly I cannot find those bits lol. I've scrolled up and down and looked to see if I need to tab over or any weird thing like that. Just stuck.

The drill bits you need to break through the bomb and basket ball etc is on the table on the sport roof. Stan do not have these drill bits.
