Riveting hammer

I've spent an hour on google and in game trying to figure out how to get riveting hammer. I got hammer a long time ago, I just finished the party, got the fiberglass rod, next objective is to craft riveting hammer but my perfect workbench has no option to do that. It's very frustrating.

it should though.. you have to scroll to the bottom of the list or selected Tool Upgrades.. if it doesn't still then it would be a bug unless maybe you haven't upgraded the simple hammer first

I got the hammer when the game first came out, and I have the fiberglass rod from the party. I have the quest to get riveting hammer but when I click on upgrade tools on my perfect work bench all I have is professional rod and diamond saw. No hammer upgrade. And I'm not going to create an account and download a program just to upload my files to report a bug. So, I guess I'm done with this game. Thanks for your response cawphee.
