Please let us demolish the No-Harm Cultivator... or at least rotate it.

I placed my first one on a flower without realising I couln't change my mind (like EVERY other building) not only did this cause grief as I hadn't been aware of the power requirement but I also placed it, unknowingly, with the item dump against the wall!
Much wailing was had. :-)

True... it's like I'm just grinding the repairs atm. :-(
Do we get the parts back if they're destroyed though, or do they just sit there ineffective but unchanged?
