Hi,
You can open craft menu with 'Tab' button and you will see deconstruct button below.
At the late game you will be able to move buildings with nanotransporter.

Is this info was helpful? If you got stuck you can press 'Esc' and find teleport button in low right corner

I think there REALLY needs to be a clearer thing on this. I found nothing in the tutorial about this and a tiny little thing in the corner is hard to find.
It seems pretty un-intuitive. Most games usually allow you to deconstruct from the structure menu so finding it in the crafting menu is pretty unexpected... For something so unusual there should be something to point this out.
