It's the Quest-version of Half-Life:Alyx.

Been 2h in and I really like it. Sure it has some design flaws but hell it's free. I like the simple shooting mechanics and finally a VR game that lets you jump! Would recommend to everyone who is not prone to motion sickness... and if you are: hey, it's good practice! ;)

First i thought hmmm doesn't look good to me BUT!

It is real fun to me :)
it combines "jump and run" with "serios sam" with happy style, a must have for all. And even if you think naahhh, that is not what i prefer, give it a try.

This a great little game and a lot of fun if you a lighthearted person that doesn't take life too seriously (I don't recommend taking life seriously no one make it out alive).

In all seriousness; I was expecting a janky horror show! But it actually plays quite well (not perfect but perfectly playable) and I am finding myself wanting to finish it.

Unironically this is one of the most fun VR games I have ever played. Its silly and puts a smile on your face, this is a must play! I wish there was something I could pay for to show my gratitude to the developer.

Played it on Rift S!

IMPORTANT!!!

If you have any crashing issues:
Go to the Steam VR "Settings" -> "Developer" -> "Set SteamVR as OpenXR Runtime"

It fixed any issues I had.

So let's talk about the Game:
Cactus Cowboy 3 - Fully Loaded is a single-player Adventure Shooter Game with lots of weapons, lots of enemies, and lots of variety.

The Story is simple and is enough to keep you motivated through all the levels.

You can store two sidearm (Pistol or Smg) and one Main Weapon (Rifle/Shotgun/RPG) onto your belt. There are melee weapons but I didn't need those because I had enough ammo during my playthrough.
The Sniper is the worst weapon because the scope does not have a red dot. So if you are a No-Scope Expert, now it's the time to shine.

In general, the gunplay is simple and feels nice and you have to manually reload.
I had no problems with the jumping passages and the climbing reminded me of climbey that is a good thing btw.

I recommend this Game for experienced VR Players because there are NO COMFORT Options (No teleport, NO Snap Turn, etc.)

The strongest point of this game is the scenery.
During your adventure as Cowboy Cactus, you will see a lot of places. Not even some AAA Games don't have that.
