Vine Tangle

I've had a level 3 Pollen event go on for at least 15 minutes, yet I have only seen one Tangle Slime and not even a singular bulb. Is it because it was in Rainbow Fields and the spawn locations/triggers are currently very off or was I just horribly unlucky? I'm not even sure if I'm supposed to put this thread in here or the "Support" subforum since the patch notes for the recent update state that "Tangle Slime vines and weather vine buds now spawn correctly".

I haven't seen a single bud/bulb either. I'm wondering if it's still bugged, because I'm patched & there has been none. Also none in my pens despite guides saying that Tangles will grow bulbs now when happy. They're as happy as can be without toys... not sure what to do, then.
