Silky Sand?

I feel like i'm just being oblivious. How do you obtain pump(I assume its a pump like SR1) to get silky sand?

It's not a pump, it's a lab upgrade for your vac-gun.
And you get resources from specific rocks and "sprinklers" (dunno what to call them) spread around the map

Upgrade "Resource Harverster" from the farbricator.
Pump Mechanic change to suck from special Material on the map.

ahhh neat thanks! i thought those were just spots to top up on water and never bothered to suck em!
