Farm max yield?

I'm curious what the max yield of a farm is. Because before buying the boost that supposedly maxes it I swear I saw more than 13 a few times.
The only crop I've bought it for was the blue lettuce so far. And now 13 grow each time. Is that really max?

I was only getting 10-12 before the upgrade.

I wasn't regularly getting more than 13, but I did get a full field at least twice. So maybe it's more overall, but it doesn't actually seem like 'max yield'.

After both upgrades i seem to only get about 13. Harvested a few times on 3 farms. On the lettuces i only get 12.

I get 13, most times. Though even with the 'max' upgrade I've seen 7 once or twice. I think it's buggy.
