Bugged Twitch Drops???

pretty familiar with twitch drops, linked acc, claimed, says i received but don't see in game. any tips?

I managed to figure it out after posting this was a bit confused because I briefly saw a pop up about the twitch drops when i loaded in so assumed i got it but didn't actually see it in the inventory. either way nice to see a dev on the discussions tab, thanks! cool game!

Yeah we did it so the twitch drops are redeemed manually cause we are a small team and if errors occur, its easier to fix that way.

I have tried a few sources like this one but I can never find an explanation on what to do. all I can find is people saying they figured it out. pls help
