Head Plated Roker's Not dropping Form?

I'm trying to Complete the Gotta Catch Em' All Achievement and as far as I can tell I have every creature variant except the Head Plated Roker variant (unsure of the exact name since I haven't seen one).
I have spent 4-5 Hours farming them both under the bridge near the second tower and in the cave in the waterfall zone. I cannot rule out that either the drop rate is very small or I am getting incredibly unlucky but after approximately 1000 kills I am beginning to think they do not drop properly.
Can anybody confirm if they actually drop since the last update?

Sorry for this issue - we have found that they indeed don't drop as they should. It will be fixed for the next update coming this week, and there will be a spot with a guaranteed Plated Roker drop in The Burrow cave.
