How to get rid of this monster in Chaya Tower ? Even in the lowest difficulty I can't get is life below 50 % because it regen faster. And the amount of damage it dealt is ridiculous. I don't know where I'm wrong.

I stunlocked it with a dragolem in my first play trough. In a cave near the Vantage point fast travel there is a vendor that sells 3 prime alterants in weapons and one of them is the demolisher. It boosts damage and increases your stun chance. Dragolems already have a base stun chance that can be boosts in skilltrees. I believe the 2 handed skill tree has one and the dragolem it's own skilltree has one as well. The only hard part was farming stone dragolems to get one with a prime slot.

Go grind guard missions for a bit, shoots your level up.

Also Scaptor wrecks all while barely getting touched if you play it right

If you do go this route i speced into guardian for the shield skill and heal while barrier is up. And gave my dragolem the heal skill from the feral beast skilltree. Those protected me anytime it wasnt stunned.

poison dots wreck this guy. he has high ac, so use skills on him. also i believe his slash resist is through the roof, try other damage types.

Exactly this. Used Drago and Blunt weap Guardian build. Stun with dragolem then hammer in human form. Kept it stun locked while I pounded it into mush.

NP. That build got me all the way to the end boss. But it slapped me i ended up changing builds lol.
