Converting Towns

Hi All,

Just got the game (I was initially put off by the pixel graphics but they are fine). I am enjoying it. My question is, can you convert towns to your faction after you capture them?. Thanks.

No, I think towns always remain whatever faction they were.
So you get that faction's buildings and troop mix.

Generally, by late midgame, you'll have troops and heroes from many different factions.
Use them all.

You can up top left, takes 5k gold and 10 ore and wood

You can convert, for the cost that Wawryniec listed, but you have to have a hero in the town and it converts the town to the faction of the hero. The last bit is important if you want to stack certain units or want the achievement for converting a town to a faction you didn't start as.
