Cloud saves not working on Linux

After recent update config directory on Linux has changed, but Cloud saves are not picking up new location. Old one was "~/.config/unity3d/Megapop/" and current is "~/.config/unity3d/Megapop Games/".
Good thing that my old save file is safe, bad thing - new saves are not synced to Steam Cloud.

Ah, apparently we changed the company name in the settings, I set the cloud save location to Megapop Games for now until I figure out which one we plan on using forward.

Did it reset your save too and you had to manually copy over your old save, or did it automatically use the backup save?

New version started without any saved data, but Steam downloaded old save into previous config directory. I didn't try swapping saves, as I'm planning to replay it from clean start anyway.
