Unplayable Input Lag
Not sure why this isn't brought up more as a major issue for this game. The input lag even with vsync off and using an integrated monitor and keyboard on a gaming laptop is still too much to play this game. It's greater than the 50ms the built-in tool allows you to calibrate for. Yes, you can train your brain to play the notes with an early offset to make up for it, but that ruins the fun IMO. I've tried the game on multiple sets of hardware and experience the same issue. The only hardware setup I've seen it work for is the Steam Deck, and even then the input lag is close to the 50 ms limit. Since I've been able to sync sound, video, and input on other programs on my computers, I think this is an issue specifically with this game that needs more attention before I'd even consider it playable.

To be clear, even if the devs can't fix the performance issue, all they really need to do is expand the input lag adjuster setting to go beyond 50 ms. 200 ms would probably cover it. Not sure why they chose to cap it at 50.

Just came here from the mobile version experiencing the exact same thing.
When muting the sound and going by visuals I'm doing fine, but when trying to go by sound I'm consistently late. Hell, the calibration tool doesn't even register my inputs because they're too late.
I really love rhythm games, but something is very wrong with this one. 50ms is not enough.

This game is thrah if can't ve calibrate. Tons of games of rythm can be calibrate I don't understand why they don't fix this.
