Can't build Tinker's Guild

I'm on Farrah's Third Date, and I can't find the Tinker's Guild anywhere in the construction menu. I'm also struggling to figure out where I build Ballistas, Cannons, or Mortars. Are these all built in the Construction menu?

Buildings acquired from courting are in the build tab with the Heart icon.

Ballista, cannons, and mortars are mounted on top of Stone Towers. First upgrade a stone wall to a tower, then on the towers info panel you can click which mountable to build atop it.

Stone Towers was what I was missing thanks so much!

My build tab with the heart icon only has the replicator and no other buildings. I've made sure to leave it on infinite but have also selected through all of the building tiers and it does not show up. I even have the goggles which is the item you receive after getting the tinker's guild. I'm guessing I'll have to wait for a patch to get that fixed.

Could you actually report this using the feedback form in the escape menu please? That will attach the save for review. I'm not sure what's going on based on this description.
