Relocation
Hi devs, please allow players to relocate all buildings. I presume part of the intended experience is to keep moving buildings around as we figure out game mechanics or unlock new building types. The current limitations feel punishing at best (homesteads are one of the first buildings the player places, yet we can't move them around without demolishing) and arbitrary at worst (fishermen hut, can't move, no reason).

It is frustrating to have to decide if I'm better off starting a new game instead of salvaging a terribly planned town with 4 hours of play.

Strongly agree, my biggest pet peeve is that I can't relocate things as I like.

If you could relocate attachments too, it would be nice.

Or, if possible, a way to delete all attachments. Trying to relocate a farm with 40 attachments becomes a painful experience

You draw like a 8x5 area red, and the fields are gone (money all back, no resources lost).

I never was frustrated for starting new. Always being happy when I learned something new. Learning by doing (and by questions on forum).

I like some buildings not being easily relocated, but i wish it would give "some" resource back.
You are all facing what any modern city faces, destroying the old to make room for new and improved. Imagine your peasant's are refusing to relocate. :)

It's not even just a learning curve thing. Often trying to plot out your whole kingdom on a fresh save is rough because your fablings have to travel this large distance you're plotting out. Making the early game potentially rougher.

I know I put my buildings that hurt desirability a ways away so I have to buy that land early on and invest in the distance making it a pain.

It's (functionally) a sandbox game, there's no difficulty in making items unable to be moved, it's just tedium.
