Unable to build farm

When I try to build farm, the build button is greyed out, showing: Must place at least one attachment. I already picked Vegetable as attachment, but the button is still greyed out.

this happened to me too, I'm also new and started playing today! Vegetable is not an attachment. when you click on Vegetable, click on a specific plant like Pumpkin. Then you need to build it on the land, so click on Pumpkin and then click on nearby land to plot the farmable land. I recommend placing like 25-30 plots of farm land on your first farm.
