Nobility Quests

The nobility quests in normal seem rushed. The ones to supply goods are manageable, yet all the "build these in x# days, are on an extremely tight deadline. Perhaps Im askin too much of my lil Fablings.... Yet I believe this would feel accomplish-able with as little as 5+ more days to complete or better, 10 more days until such a Nobility quest is offered AND 5 more days to complete...

Strange, I played on cruel and it was all fairly doable. Except when I didn't already have a way to produce the resource set up.
