Literally how can a game set in the Middle Ages with a medieval fairy tale aesthetic not have a Church???

Hey, devs: there's at least one person out there (me) who literally doesn't care if there's a church in the game or not. This is not a universal demand and I'd honestly prefer time was spent on other game features.

To be honest, I don't know whether you are serious or joking. But if you are serious, I guess you don't mean Christian churches, because that would be really absurd in a game with fairy tale aesthetics. Although, a church of red-winged fairies, pigs with wings or big mustaches wouldn't be bad.

A day where the female fablings also appear with those funny giant moustaches by the grace of the Great Mustache who can do anything. That would be worth seeing. :)

I'm more into Terry Pratchett type British humour. Guilty of that. Shrek seems too vulgar to me and I certainly wouldn't consider it a measure of anything when making a game. I remain committed to the Church of the Great Mustache. :)

Have you tried the city builder Foundation? You can build churches as much as your heart desires, and besides that it's a very good city builder too.

Well not sure if you're serious, but for starters, cause it's a nice, beautiful and peaceful fairy world, not a bloodbath hell that real middle ages were thanks to your church.

From the sounds of it they will have all sorts of things and even the ability to align yourself with the 'big evil' because in reality not all fairy-tales are happy and some are gruesome AF.
