Tax rate - Bug?

Hi. Why is it not possible to change the tax rate? Of course, I have a bank and 15 nobles live in my palace. My kingdom is 30 years old, covers the whole map with 600 pepole etc. But the tax rate has never worked. There are always the same two rates.

You configure the tax rate in the finances tab of the Overview panel at the bottom of the UI. Sounds like it's just sitting at default values based on the description here.

If the issue is that the Bank is not functioning and allowing the adjustment on the sliders in that finances menu, ensure the Bank is fully staffed as having one empty worker slot essentially disables the building.

Thanks for answering. But I have already tested this. I cannot change the "4" for "Landmann" and the "6" for "Bürger" (these are the German words for the both classes. I think it is a bug.

If the buttons are just stuck there then yes, it's probably bugged. Haven't seen that one yet. Could you use the feedback form in the escape menu or the upper right corner button to submit the bug? That form will attach the save and logs automatically for the team to debug.

I was having the same issue but then I paused the game and reopened the Overview Menu and then I was able to change the tax rate. After I changed the taxes the first time while the game was paused, I was able to change it even when I wasn't paused. Not sure if this will help you, but I figured I'd throw it out there!

it takes a bit of effort to drag it but it does work (kinda like gotta press and big motion left or right the mouse)
