[Grenaa games]

After a meeting with Unity reps it seems their reasoning is that the high GPU usage some users are experiencing is caused by a certain combination of GPU/GPU driver versions.

The only way we can debug this if is we start collecting data on which specs this is happening to, most importantly which GPU/Driver version.

If you have this issue and you have tried the solution recommended
here without success, please reply with the following information:

Mine keeps crashing while playing. I put the graphics settings to as low as possible, and i have vsync on the 60fps setting.

What do you mean uncalled for? This forum is for unusually high GPU usage.
His system is not even close to minimum specs. Let alone gaming on higher resolution than 1080p. Of course the GPU is maxed out....

hi there not sure if this is connected but my screen pretty much 'flickers' the whole time unless you zoom in to the lowest level. I find saving helps but then it comes back pretty quickly. Sorry, not a techie so don't know if you need all this but I thought I would include it. Its a ASUS TUG Gaming Laptop FX505D.

Game feels in general very unoptimized and taking up way more resources than it should. Even tried the game på 1920x1080 resolution, it didn't help much, just slightly.

I've already shared this on general discussion but here it might reach more subscribed users with this annoying problem.

I might've solved "my / every" high GPU usage problem...
Gents, after installing and uninstalling this cozy beautiful game countless times, I've came back to it after solving my frequently high temps on my gaming sessions, where capping frames where the only option.

Set you GPU to 80 - 90% max power on the new Nvidea App (system tab), run some tests, you'll most likely see nothing of loss in performance. Most definitely A MUST on this game.

Do a google search *your GPU* power limit, to find your sweet spot.
Mine is a 4070 and I’m using 85%

Since this game maxes out all what we've got and no preset in-game changes anything... THIS IS THE SOLUTION.
Played for a couple hours already, 4k maxed-out, 144fps full sync, temps below 70ºC, quiet fans 😊

Has any of the people posting here since April 2023 has had their issues solved?

It´s January 2025 and the game it´s still unplayable, for me specially after winter start, everything was going well prior to that but now the game just crash after 2 minutes of the app being open regardless of what I´m doing. Even if I´m sitting at 3, 4 hours I´m still requesting a refund.

I really hope I´m wrong and this is some problem from the last patch and it will be fixxed soon, cause frankly, I´m extremelly suspicious of a two year old game with no DLC that is still broken yet it sits at very positive rating on reviews. This feels like an early access that the devs forgot to tell us it was so, and quite frnakly I went on a single day of playing to be very interested and intrigued by the game, to pray that despite my 3 hours steam does give me back my money, even if it was just 10 euros, I refuse to pay for broken software.

Good effing God. I haven't played this for a year or two. I fired it up today, on a NEW, HIGH spec machine, and I thought my PC was going to take off and fly away.

I-9, 64 GB ram, RTX 4070 Super, 2 TB SSD. It was BAD.

I have blown this off my hard drive, and will never play it again.
