Trying to decided the difference with getting on Steam vs Unity. I used to buy my old RPG Maker 2000, 2003 and XP on Windows before steam, but ended up buying all RPG makers again on Steam and noticed a lot of DLC. Curious if we can still use other RTP packages like back in the 2000 era. It’s been so long(18 years maybe) since I used this apart from playing other peoples games or console RPG makers.
