I can create my rpg like pokemon games at the moment? because if you use the unity engine it is possible create in 3d or it will be a dlc.

They have already stated this is not 3D. But there is nothing stopping you from rewriting the code since it is on Unity, if you know how.

Rpg Maker Unite won't be 3D, use Yume RPG Builder instead

there is a pretty good chance it will "just work" with 3D since unity 2D is still done in 3D mode. there is no such thing as "2D" mode in unity, but they do have 2D specific components. depending on how they write it you might be able to just switch to 3D and use it normally
